2006 pay claim submitted by Amicus

Amicus submitted its 2006 Pay Claim, based on its members feedback, to management at a meeting on 27th January.

Key elements of the claim are as follows:

• 3.5% pay pot

• £500 minimum pay increase

• £10,556 minimum pay level for all staff

• Pay rise for overscale staff

• Movement towards bonus harmonisation

• Removal of pensions clawback

The pay pot claim excludes the additional pro-rata payment due to AXA Life staff following the change in their annual pay review date to the 1st April.
