AXA Harmonisation and Pension "Consideration" meetings commence
The first in a series of "consideration" meetings have started within
AXA concerning harmonisation of terms and conditions and the defined
benefit (final salary) pension scheme.
The harmonisation talks are aimed at achieving one set of terms and
conditions across the AXA UK group by 1st January 2007.
The pension talks will follow the triennial pension review and will
consider a wide range of topics from contributions, normal retirement
age, career averaging and clawback.
We will be consulting members on both topics when we have some more
details of what AXA is proposing.
