AXA agree to produce dyslexia guidelines

AXA has agreed with the union request to draw up guidelines for managers and staff on dyslexia.

Unite will work with AXA, Occupational Health and the British Dyslexic Association (BDA) to produce a document that will provide help for both managers of dyslexics and sufferers themselves.

Further, AXA will be hosting a BDA seminar this June on Dyslexia in the Workplace at the AXA Centre in Bristol after Unite supplied the company with details of similar events around the country.
