AXA outsource 1,300 Staff to Capita

AXA announced today the decision to outsouce its traditional book of Life business to Capita along with 1,300 employees as part of Project California.

Unite were fully consulted by the company on the plans and continue to work hard on behalf of members as we enter detailed discussions over terms and conditions and endeavour to secure additional guarantees that go beyond the minimum required under TUPE legislation.
