Winterthur Harmonisation Negotiations Open

Amicus and AXA have opened talks on harmonising Winterthur terms and conditions to AXA Life and AXA Shared Services terms (for HR, IT and Finance staff).

Initial talks have shown that there are only a few notable areas of difference and indeed some Wintethur staff they will see distinct improvements in their terms and conditions following harmonisation.

We will keep members up to date with progress and would welcome feedback from members in Winterthur on any areas of concern via their local workplace reps.
