Union in Project Scorpio talks with AXA Insurance

Amicus has begun talks with AXA Insurance over its £15m cost saving programme Project Scorpio.

AXAI CEO Peter Hubbard has already stated that "inevitably there will be an impact on people, jobs and skills".

Amicus are involved at the early stages of the project and will endeavour to ensure that any people impact is minimised and that the company follows the agreed policy on redeployment, retraining and relocation as the primary means of dealing with business reorganisation.
