Pensions deal reached

Amicus has reached a deal with AXA over changes to its Defined Benefit (Final Salary) Pension Scheme.

The Amicus AXA NCC has reluctantly agreed to new proposals from the company following protracted negotiations as the best that can be achieved through negotiation.
