AXA BS audit review & business trend report issued
Last year Amicus issued a report on the AXA BS Quality Questionnaire it had issued over the summer of 2005. The report made two recommendations:
i) there should be a survey of customers and analyses of business trends to establish the effects of offshoring on customer satisfaction, new business and business retention.
ii) there should be an independent review of the auditing procedures, driven by the feedback of the AXA UK staff who deal with work carried out by AXA BS.
AXA agreed to a review of business trends and allow an Amicus team independent access to three departments across the AXA UK Group to review procedures and interview staff.
