AXA provide pension funding position
Earlier this week AXA provided Amicus with the current funding position of the Final Salary Pension Scheme and their preferred options going forward.
As yet we have still not seen the Actuarial Valuation Report to enable us to gain a full understanding of the position and have advised the company that we cannot give complete consideration to their proposals without it. Further we have requested specific detail around the suggestions they have put forward.
We will communicate again once the UnionŐs AXA National Company Committee has had the opportunity to review all the information and the proposals.
