'One AXA' HR teams creation results in job losses

As a result of the costs challenge faced by AXA's HR department and the move towards 'One AXA', the decision has been made to centralise the Employee Relations team in Ipswich and the Reward and Recognition team in Bristol. This has resulted in a small number of redundancies at both sites.

Amicus were fully consulted by the company on the plans and whilst regretting the staff impact, accepted the logic behind the decision to centralise these functions.
