AXA submits 2009 pay claim

Unite has submitted its pay claim for AXA employees for 2009. Requesting a 3.5% pot with a minimum increase of £750 and a minimum living wage of £7.00 per hour, Unite have focused ensuring that the lower paid receive an adequate salary increase during the economic downturn.
