Amicus negotiate Pennywell Road TUPE

In 2005 AXA Life created a team at the Pennywell Road site in Bristol, with the aim of centralising post sorting and scanning functions for a number of departments. This site is shared with Williams Lea and AXA Life have subsequently announced their decision to transfer this work and these employees over to them. This will take place in accordance with the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations - TUPE.

Amicus have met with the affected members and have commenced talks with Williams Lea over the terms and conditions that will apply to these employees following the transfer.
