Unite launch women's campaign in AXA

In the week leading up to International Women's Day 2008 on 8th March, Unite is running a campaign highlighting women's issues in AXA. These include the worsening of the glass ceiling for female career advancement in AXA, domestic violence, the menopause and part-timers rights.

Events will be run at a number of AXA sites locally, details of which can be found by contacting local union reps.

International Women's Day has been observed since in the early 1900's and more details can be found lhere
