Union condemns ECOS cut back in Life

The union has condemned a move by management in AXA Life to remove the company car benefit for future grade 5 staff.

Whilst the union does not collectively represent staff in grade 5 and existing union members who are grade 5 will not lose their benefit, Amicus feel that this move makes the grade 5 increasing unattractive to staff seeking promotion and will create future inequities and bad feeling between co-workers in the future.
