    There is no mention of a review of the pay bands. A lot of people are at the top their pay bands, not able to be promoted and have not had a decent pay rise since 2008.

    Please could these be reviewed as well.

    Pay scales are automatically reviewed annually. They were increased by 5% in 2013 and between 1 and 3% (depending in grade) in 2014.
