Good Afternoon,
I completely disagree with the move to more working days in the office, there have also been rumours of 5 days back in the office at a recent town hall meeting.
AXA seem to forget that everyone’s lives changed when COVID hit and many have new responsibilities or moved to different locations. I for one if required to go into the office on more days would leave me in a much worse financial position.
Comments on SHAREPOINT pages are ignored and in some cases deleted, this is something I and other colleagues experienced when they announced the move to 2 days a week, to date I and they have never received a response.
