Amicus raise concerns over AXAI Claims pay scales

Amicus has raised concerns over the pay scales for staff in AXA Insurance claims units, specifically areas such as Liability claims which appear to have been impacted by the switch to the national finance pay scales from 1st April 2007.

Amicus are in discussions with HR Reward and Claims management concerning the changes and discussing whether there is any need to introduce seperate scales for any claims staff in a similar fashion to underwiting and secretarial staff in AXA.
